This is another cultural group whose members will look at beatniks (those finger-snapping hipsters and lovers of poetry of the 1950s) and hippies (those psychedelic free-lovers of the 1960s) in art, music, literature and lifestyles. Some individual topics (to get you thinking – not that you must do) could include authors like Kerouac, musicians like the Grateful Dead, places like Haight-Ashbury or events like Woodstock."
